Let me start with what was good: I really liked the dentist and the hygienist. The office was very clean. That’s the end of the good. Keep in mind, I have no dental pain or pressing issues. It was advised that I have a deep cleaning done, at close to $900 out of pocket. I am unable to afford that at this time and called to have a regular cleaning performed and a deep cleaning later. I want o start by saying that Dr. Fellner is a wonderful dentist and hi dental assistants are all very good. His office staff on the other hand doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I needed a crown and when I went in to get the prep work done I was told that I needed to pay my copay up front . My portion for the whole bill was $89.00. I paid and the prep work was completed. We do not recommend Nine Eagles. The dentist (Dr Kratser) is actually very nice however I believe her team is trained to "bring in the money" over service which may make her not so great of a leader in her organization. My grown daughter had not been to the dentist in a few years therefore had some build up in specific areas. She was required to have a deeper cleaning at her first visit after her consultation. You will not find a better dentist or staff than this. Friendly, professional and caring people. Every time I go I am treated with respect and I always learn something new about dental health. Great job everybody, keep up the good work.
Horrible experience. We had a denture made for my two front teeth and the bottom tips of the teeth came back translucent. I told them I obviously wasn't happy. They agreed and said they would have another one made. A few days later I returned to pick up the "new one" and they were the exact same ones again, except for this time they painted the back of them and shaved off or grinded off the translucent parts on the bottom tips! BEWARE USING THIS DENTIST WITH INSURANCE I used this dentistry recently to have a new crown procedure. Christie's gave me the quote for my co-pay using my dental insurance, which I paid immediately. Shortly after the procedure, the insurance claim was denied due to Christie's mistake using a wrong claim code. Even worse, they waited over 180 days to file an claim appeal, and of course any appeal over 180 days is automatically denied. However, it even gets worse. Since I was 18 (now 75) I have had a phobia of Dentists. I had to have 4 upper front teeth removed and was unable to receive any sedation at all. They were AWSOME. I was in and out within an hour and for just a little tugging the teeth were removed. I have had no pain at all since. I would recommend them to anyone who has a phobia of Dentists. I'd tooth extractions 2times in year 2023 at their Rosenberg office I paid them whatever they told me to pay at the time of visit. After few days I got explanation of benefits from my insurance company and found out, they charged me more. That means this they owe me refund. I went to tell them you owe me refund.
