They do not tell you the cost of your services before you enter the exam room. Very deceptive business. Had an appointment on 11/7 for a cleaning….as always Dr. Aubree was amazing….as was her staff! Just love this team….I no longer have a fear of sitting in a dentist chair!

This place is an absolute train wreck. They should be called - just a place for teeth cleaning! It is worse than a puppy mill! Their website is fraudulent! I had a severe cracked crown, wide open! Called the number- answering service picked up. They said they would get back to me in about 20 minutes. 1 hour later, then the lady said that the on call dentist refused to assist- they advised me to respond to the hospital! If I could give this dentist 10 stars, I would! Emily is absolutely AMAZING! I can't think of a kinder, sweeter human to be the first contact a patient has to a place no one enjoys going to... the dentist! I have to say, my last experience in the Falls at Forward Dental was the worst when getting a cleaning. I was pretty much given a face wash. The water was to be in the mouth not all over my face. When I commented about it she said, that is how I am at home too. To aggressive! No flossing either. As they usually give you a toothbrush, paste & floss she stated do you need them? I said, I pay for this service so I should. Have to change to another hygienist.
I am retired dentist who went to Dr? Bujila there. After 2 bridges, I can only chew with four teeth in my mouth. The right side is too painful to chew with and the left has no bite but for two teeth. I practiced dentistry for 34 years and because of my wife cancer, I had to retire and provide care. There is no professionalism in this doctor, as I told him, his problem was that I knew what was going on because of my education and carrier. I wanted to share the New Patient experience I had today with Caterville Dental. First and foremost, everyone was very courteous and professional. The office is beautiful and offers the latest technology available. I worked with Jennifer as my hygienist, and she was amazing. Dr. Kimbrough was super kind, listens to your concerns and has a gentle touch. I now how nervous one can be when they go to a new provider's office, but at Carterville Dental, rest assured you are in great hands. Peggy Sprague
