We have had a great experience working with both Sadaf and Majid from start to finish, their professionalism, expertise and attention to detail has been exceptional. We have always received prompt responses and clear communication. They genuinely cared about receiving the best outcome for us as their clients and they have been patient with explaining things to us, as often there can be a lot of back and forth with each case. Deeply disappointing experience. I contacted this law firm for help with an urgent matter, but the professionalism stopped at the reception desk. The receptionist, Elaine (Karen), was incredibly rude and dismissive, making unnecessary comments that came across as condescending.
