I get my physical and eye exams here every year. Scheduling appointments is easy. Wait time on day of appointments is very minimal. Staff is friendly and helpful. I feel confident in the White River Junction VA!
All departments have been great with us except for podiatry. The hospital staff are very kind and considerate and the surgeries staff are wonderful.
Just moved here from Mesa, AZ NIGHT AND DAY!!!! So far I have been taken care of very well. They actually listen to my concerns and the check up was the best I have had from the VA!
Every week I come here I have a great experience until it's time to go to the pharmacy. Why might you ask.. I will tell you, it's because they don't care if we are waiting over an hour and a half, or longer before you can get your prescriptions.... and some of them just don't care that we have over an hour drive home. This constant inconvenience doesn't just happen to me, there's a bunch of people in the lobby right now sitting next to me.
Best care yet from a VA Hospital. All the care givers were great.
