I have always felt that the White River VA gives me care and services that rival private hospitals around the country. I have never had an issue with scheduling as an out-patent or had problems with doctors, nurses, staff and administration while being hospitalized for in-patient treatment.
Had what can be an unpleasant procedure a couple days ago, a colonoscopy. The staff in the same day surgery unit did an outstanding job! Thank you for your professionalism!
I've always had positive and prompt care in WRJ and just regret that my Primary Care Nurse practitioner is retiring at the end of the month. Thanking all who serve and care for Veterans.
My father had same day surgery 4/24/17. The staff were excellent, they were prompt & put my mom& dad at ease. My sincere gratitude to Dr Santos, RN Frank in PACU, & all of the nurses & staff who were a part of my father's stay who I didn't meet personally. Here in Vermont, we Veterans are fortunate to have one of the TOP VA Medical Centers in the country. I have been a patient here for 30 years, and I have always received the best possible care for my conditions.
