I had to travel 100 miles, And my appointment was on time. No waiting. I have always had good service in my past visits to WRJ VA. Was able to pick up my new prescriptions while I was there. I have had to reschedule in the past , due to weather, they were very responsive in getting me back n right away.
Great care overall. Medical staff went above and beyond.
I have been going to WRJVA for 22yrs for all of my health care. I have spent weeks on 1 West also on 1 South. They are the best!
I can't believe all they have done for me. They treat the Veterans like they should
They do a great job Evey time I have been there staff is very helpful and nice thank you
It's terrible that our Veterans get treated like second class citizens and have to beg for every benefit they deserve for serving their country. Do the Doctors there go through a seminar to learn to say....."Your issues aren't service related"......Do the Doctors review a patients charts BEFORE the patient shows up to their office for an appointment??? Do they bother to check to see if the patient had a specific test or procedure done before ordering the same test be done again...a month or 2 later???? Totally NOT impressed ... read more
Well below FAIR..IN FACT my personal experience with this VA FACILITY IS NOT EVEN UP TO THE LEVEL OF POOR...The Conduct of the one individual....LYNDA KOWAL is PATHETIC.. NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO FIND HER...SHE HAS YET TO ANSWER HER PHONE OR RETURN ANY PHONE CALLS WHERE I'VE LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES...NOR DID SHE EVER SEND ME THE INFORMATION SHE WAS GOING TO SEND APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS AGO...AS A VET I'M THROUGHLY DISGUSTED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS FACILITY IN VERMONT..I INTEND TO PASS THIS INFORMATION ON TO THE REGIONAL ... read more
