Stopped by just to see about starting the process to get my glasses replaced. Got sent back immediately for full exam, doc was great. New progressive glasses with auto-tint coming in the mail. Amazingly fast, friendly service here! I travel full-time and although a relatively low maintenance/younger retiree, do stop by VA facilities occasionally for labs, etc. WRJ has always been user-friendly and accommodating, thanks!
What an Amazing place everyone from staff to other veterans were help each other and it was very uplifting to see so many people with great attitudes...will definitely go there again if I need shoulder surgery..
I have been using WRJ VA since 2010, I only had one good experience, all the rest were exceptional, never a bad experience. All the employees are friendly, happy, experienced, and more than helpful. Often offering services that you would not know about otherwise.
This is my second time reviewing this va and what a joke it is. About a month ago they completely forgot to send me my meds which made me have to stay home from work waiting around for the ups truck. Guess what happened today I again did not receive my medications which I need what a fucking joke their pharmacy is. I seriously hope someone does something about this. My Dad received wonderful care till Jesus called him home!
What a great service to us veterans that are in need of some transition in our lives ! I recently attended a 5 week program at the RRC and for those veterans battling addiction to substances this is a great program to get involved with ! I want to thank the staff and all members of the RRC for a great experience and learning tools y'all provided for me for my life to get that much better! The staff was friendly. Very short wait time. I was in and out in record time.
It is getting better over here after the horrendous Republican fix what wasn't BROKE of the last Papa Bush+Baby Bush administration "fix it" not needed reorganization! Of course this is what REPUBLICANS DO!!! Cop a reorganization and then when the Indianapolis foul ups occur on a yearly schedule pull a Flint,Michigan state MANAGEMENT TEAM TAKEOVER and completely dip their beaks into the MONEYBALL! We are NOT STUPID! They have got to stop acting like WE ARE TEXAS!!! Which is STUPID!
