An Excellent Hospital. Great Facility, Great Doctors, and Especially great Nursing Staff.
VA accommodated my needs and had me in my appointments 4 hours early. Thank you again.
I had to travel to get a MRI at WRJ VAMC and that experience was great. My issue is more with wanting to know why I could not get the MRI closer to home, 1 1/2 drive to WRJ each way for me. Choice IS NOT WORKING for Veterans.
I want to share how impressed I am with everyone at the VA and specifically the people involved/connected to the Special Programs. From prior to my arriving (the scheduling and emails), to each and everyone I met while I was there I felt great care and respect. It was an uplifting experience to say the least. Thank you so much!!!
Telling people here doesn't do spit! you don't read it don't care and that's the poor est care I have ever had. I've been in pain on the battlefield with multiple bullet wounds to my chest and the care I got from my medic was better that the care of your Orthopedic department I won't mention names here so but will say when I'm in pain I don't want to heard about your protocols I want help. I have been going to the WRJ VA for sometime now. I also worked there for over 30 years. I have complete confidence in the doctors and nurses there and am very satisfied with all the help I get from them.
