I can't thank the DAV Transportation enough for getting me home last Monday so I could see my mom before she passed away..Huge heart felt thanks to Jeff and the lady who talked with me on the phone...I made it home in plenty of time before my mom became unresponsive...
Love this hospital. Feel extremely fortunate to be a patient here. Hear so many horror stories about other VA hospitals or clinics, not this one! Keep up the amazing work! Thank you ALL for making this hospital awesome!!!! ♡
Laura Bitterman is the worst NP that is allowed to practice. She does not follow up very well, she doesn't follow through on what she says she going to do in the note. I had to go back to the desk to get meds ordered and consults put in after she said she would do them but I waited a week and they weren't put in. Then I had to go back a second time and get the same consults put it that she had missed the previous week. Sent a secure message to her on 16 July and haven't heard from her yet.

I usually have a good experience as I try to get all appointments done in one day as travel and never home with a long drive to the center. Stay positive and if something is wrong address it and offer a suggestion to help possibly.
Very professional and no issues with this place what so ever!!!
My husband has been going to WRJ since 1998. He had received excellent care from doctors, nurses and staff. Getting appointments has never been a problem. Pharmacy also has never been a problem. Receive medical supplies soon after ordered. Now Veterans Choice is another issue! Hopefully problems will be worked out!
