Last Friday my father had an appt at 2:30. The receptionist we checked in with was rude. No greeting just what can I do for you with a big time attitude. We were finally called into see the doctor at 4:45. This is unacceptable. Waiting in a waiting room with NO windows for over 2 hours? No one follows up here! Too many hands in the pot and no one knows what's going on. Would never recommend this medical center to anyone!

I just moved to GA and hadnt registered at the VA in GA before leaving for job training. I was running low on my RX & WRJ helped me out even though Im not there anymore. Thanks WRJ!

Very racist encounters here at WRJ. Had a back injury and was escorted off the property by staff. Told I had been there too many times. Any other VA in America listens when you tell them your back is hurting from something that happended in the service. Not this one. Staff was like a Biker Gang!!! Wow.

Absolutely useless. No communication. Such a hassle to try and get appointments, referrals, medications, speak to a human being, or even get a call back. Constantly given the run around and excuses. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Beyond frustrating.
I have always experienced, professional, caring doctors and staff/employees at the White River Jct facility. From what I've heard about the other facilities, WRJct VA is one of the best.
