10 JAN 2019 - Went in today. Got things done right away. Staff there really is a good group of people.
Staff is very professional. I am completely disgusted with lack of disrespect for flying of the Nation Ensign. Tattered Flag flying is unacceptable for a Government Facility.
I thank God they are here in Vermont. A lot of great people work there at the VA hospital. B. Flickinger is A+ in my book. The eye clinic did a good job on my eyes. Dr. Soars is excellent to put up with my dumb questions. God bless them all. Patricia Lafayette Women Marine Vet.

Very clean, polite & helpful staff and I was early for my appointment due to the distance I had to travel and the provider squeezed me in.
