It's not the best a bit run down poor food small portions but staff where nice
Came in just for breakfast, amazing value, very tasty definitely coming here again. Service staff Gem! soooo lovely.
Overnight stay in hotel. Pleasant enough and really should be a diamond for Bala but although the building itself appears impressive, the room (108) felt a tad tired. Clean enough but could do with a deep clean, especially the bathroom - guessing the cleaners only get enough time to do a quick clean for changeovers. Bedding all perfectly clean and enough tea/coffee/milk etc. This particular room only had one bedside table and one lamp adjacent to the double bed and a chair on the other so nowhere to put down a mug on that si... read more
