Room was clean and basic. Out of town but useful for a stop off. Breakfast was toast or cereal plus hot drinks. Free parking a plus.
Recently stayed in single bedroom came home with bed bug bites 3 weeks later still getting rid of marks. Very disappointed as stayed before with no issues. Food fab in restaurant, staff are great too.
Slap up Lodge - aka last chance saloon. If you’re staying here you’ve hit rock bottom! ☹️ Where do I start ? The internet is intermittent and very slow which causes constant buffering on the TV channels as it’s driven by a fire Tv stick (no terrestrial Tv channels) I guy walked into my room late a night with a key 🔑 ! I kicked him out - god knows how he got another key !! 😡 Breakfast is left over curry from the night before or toast available on a dirty counter/microwave! The hotel wasn't cheap 87 pounds I paid for 2 nights I got there on the Saturday afternoon 22/10/2022 I came home on the 23/10/2022 I could not stay one more night I've sent pictures to Agoda but they have not bothered to reply.
DO NOT STAY THERE < we booked for 5 rooms 5 lads working at a site so we didnt expect top notch but OMG what a dump dirty sheets dirty toilets we all walked out before even taking a shower, then we had a nightmare trying to get refund
