after visiting and explaining I had extensions and that I need my roots doing, along with treatment . Booked an appointment . Arrived to find they had doubled booked, then waited 30mins to be then told that they don’t do extensions . When I asked why had t anyone phoned me he said he didn’t know I had extensions, yet on both visits I informed them and even had a patch test.
