I am beyond upset with HearingLife. Upon my first visit with HearingLife Valparaso, IN, I asked if my hearing aides would be covered by Insurance and made sure I was not going to get a bill. I was reassured several time that my insurance would cover and that there will NOT be a bill. I never received any billing on my first visit. That is why I went with this company. One year and 2 months after I received my hearing aides I get a bill saying we have to pay what the Insurance didn't pay. Of course, by this time our warranty ... read more

Contacted Hearing Life after seeing their advert on web site offering ear ***************** Filled out the online form requesting an appointment. After two business days there should have been reply. Nine days laters I called them and was just kept hanging on the phone far too long and hung up. **** attempt spoke to nice young lady about an appointment . I was directed to Hearing Life by my insurance company at the time I was ready to purchase CROS hearing aids, because my initial provider was not considered to be "in network." The first thing I did was call their office and leave a detailed message with my name, number, and insurance details including the the referral id. When nobody called me back after a couple of business days, I made an appointment online.
