This place is horrible and the provider only cares about a sale I was an employee here for 8 months and it was horrible I never got the proper training they lie all the time the office there is disgusting with bugs all over including roaches the landlord for the building constantly comes in complaining, I never seen a company worry more about there self then the customer the provider pick and choices who she wants to deal with along with lying to patients that herself wears an hearing aid or her father and I know its a lie b... read more

In October ***** my wife and I purchased expensive hearing aids. The contract on page 3 stated, After the trial period a member is allowed up to 3 visits within the first year at no cost. . Our discount through the insurance company is thousands of dollars. They are asking you to sign a document in the office stating we are waiving any discounts through our insurance. Why would anyone willingly sign something to pay more money! You have many elderly customers that you are taking advantage of.
