Contacted Hearing Life after seeing their advert on web site offering ear ***************** Filled out the online form requesting an appointment. After two business days there should have been reply. Nine days laters I called them and was just kept hanging on the phone far too long and hung up. **** attempt spoke to nice young lady about an appointment . Only to be told that none of the ******* location and ******* are carrying out this procedure . False advertising of a service not available. Waste of my time and shows up t... read more

I was directed to Hearing Life by my insurance company at the time I was ready to purchase CROS hearing aids, because my initial provider was not considered to be "in network." The first thing I did was call their office and leave a detailed message with my name, number, and insurance details including the the referral id. When nobody called me back after a couple of business days, I made an appointment online. Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Lied concerning delivery, warranty and resolving customer issues to upper management is non existent. ******* at the Live Oak location is a living Nightmare. Please do not use Hearing Life as a trusted provider, they cannot be trusted to provide you with anything but lies and unresolved issues.

This company keeps calling me after I informed them politely numerous times not to call. The last call I received the person was rude and tried to be condescending and irritating. Do not do business with this company. Less than 1 star should be an option for company's such as these.

This vendor, in the person of the office manager ******, is despicable. The hearing aids were sold with the offer of free return within 30 days. They were returned in seven days. My mom, who purchased the devices, could not make the return in person. I did it for her. Owing to HIPPA rules, my mom had to sign a form so I could act in her stead. The manager tried to refuse to give me the paper. In front of other patients, she shouted that I was more likely to forge my mom's name than to drive the few blocks round trip required... read more

The hearing aid I bought through Hearing Life was fine, but I have been relentlessly robocalled by them ever since. I have asked them twice to stop calling. They stop for a while, then resume these daily robo calls.

This place is horrible and the provider only cares about a sale I was an employee here for 8 months and it was horrible I never got the proper training they lie all the time the office there is disgusting with bugs all over including roaches the landlord for the building constantly comes in complaining, I never seen a company worry more about there self then the customer the provider pick and choices who she wants to deal with along with lying to patients that herself wears an hearing aid or her father and I know its a lie b... read more

I cannot begin to express how disappointed I am in the Hearing **************** Center (a Hearing Life center) in ****** and *********, **. In October ***** my wife and I purchased expensive hearing aids. The contract on page 3 stated, After the trial period a member is allowed up to 3 visits within the first year at no cost. . We were told that this allowed us 3 free visits to tune up the hearing aids. In May of 2023 my wife and I want to have the hearing aids adjusted and checked.
