4 years ago I gave a good review I have had to remind this due to the lack of care I have experienced. I have been to varied hubs with no continuity of care. Meaning an extended time off work due to a non healing wound duevto lack of consistency my diabetes has been unchecked due to ..no appointments 4 week waits for a call is a regular happening. This surgery went downhill when it was privatised
I feel I need to leave positive review on here as the NHS gets a lot of negative comments. I saw Dr Michelle about 3 weeks ago. She saw me urgently as I was having palpitations and was feeling very anxious and depressed. She calmed me right down, did an ECG, which thankfully came back normal. I cannot fault her care and compassion she showed me, and she was just amazing ! Luckily for me, I am now feeling much better and I even got a follow up call from her to ask how I was doing! If I could give no stars I would Absolutely disgusted by this surgery. My brother had not been to see a doctor in 17 years. He went there a few weeks ago due to not feeling well obviously he felt something wasn't right that made him go. He was seen by male doctor don't know his name. This doctor did not even lay a finger on my brother didn't check any obs etc. He was fobbed off and told he was dehydrated so drink more water. Absolutely no duty of care was given.
