Our favourite place! Food is 5 star! Chefs are brilliant and so nice that they come out to the customers to make sure happy! Best Sunday lunch, just best food locally! Beth and Leanne are so lovely and always greeted well.. feel really looked after.. all staff and front of house are very professional! We feel like family! Please don’t change anything! This country pub is great! Highly recommend
Have had good service a few times from the local coffee shop, the previous two times we have been let down by the food service. We ordered paprika eggs and waited 40 minutes for fried eggs on sourdough, last time we had paprika eggs on focaccia as is stated on the menu and although we waited ages it was good food then. We had an amazing stay in this pub for a friend’s wedding. The rooms are recently renovated and very comfortable. The food was brilliant and had good vegetarian options. The team at the pub was fantastic- very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Thank you - would definitely recommend!!
