Had an amazing experience here at Wheeler. Did an online app before we came in, had excellent communication with Frank Gaither before we came in, who got everything set up and ready for us to sign when we arrived, which is what we asked for. Very friendly staff members who assisted us (along with our 3 kids) and we were in and out quickly in a brand new 2018 Suburban. Thank you staff at Wheeler and especially Frank, for such a great experience!

I went in to get a new part for my car door - turns out they installed the part on the wrong door. I specifically showed them the location on the car I was having issues with but because I signed the reicept and didn't notice the location - I now have to pay AGAIN for another part. I would not take thier word for anything- make sure you read what your signing. I learned my lesson.

My wife and I bought our 2016 impala ltz here and had a great experience. Fast forward 10 months and my grandmother was in need of a new car. Unfortunately our salesman bill was no longer with them, which was ok with us as he was older and probably retired. We found her a little SUV she liked and began to talk numbers.
