I have never been as pleased as I was when Cadillac towed my car to my new Service Advisor, Tom at Wheeler. I had just spent about $3000 since June at another dealership and when I got it out of the shop on Thursday after 6 p.m. On Friday morning as I was taking my grandchildren to school, I saw smoke coming out from under the hood. When I got home at 8:30 I immediately called the other dealership to ask about the smoke and my previous Service Advisor wouldn't take my call and neither would the owner. My Malibu was showing the check engine light, Tom in their service department got us in quick, a diagnosis was made and they had the parts on hand! My Malibu was in and out in one afternoon. Thank you for an easy and painless process. Great experience, we will be bringing my car here for services and repairs moving forward!!!!

Been shopping online for a bigger SUV, found a great price at Wheeler. Went there to check out the vehicle, knowing I'd have to come back and bring my wife. Max was able to offer me a Very good price on an already excellently priced vehicle. He offered to drive the paperwork into downtown sac; with his coworker ( and other salesman) Aman, willing to caravan with him on his day off! That is dedication. One of the worst dealerships I have ever been too. Their service department is horrible. I was there over 8 months ago, voiced my concern to management and they had the nerve to call me today and want to know what they could do - 8 months later. Here's a tip, don't lie, bs and hire better people. If there is a problem - address it immediately.
