i highly advise taking your business elsewhere. I brought my 95 chevy pickup to this dealership on a Thursday. On Friday, i had heard nothing from them. i had to repeatedly call them. Not once in the week it was there did anyone call me back. The entire service department acted like i wasn't worth their time to call back. By Monday, it took all day to finally diagnose what was wrong with my truck, and it took till Wednesday to repair. Poor customer service in service center. Shop is ran in such a way that they will diagnose the wrong issue, charge you a ridiculously high amount for the problem to still continue. when confronted about this, they lie to cover their tracks. they knew the problem from the beginning. We have purchased several cars there....NEVER AGAIN!
My Family and I had never shopped for a vehicle at Wheeler Chevrolet , and We were Amazed at Their Top notch Staff and cleanliness. Jason Darby is a great salesman who serves Wheeler well. Heck if you can't get a good sales guy you walk out. I got super lucky . Bought my 2018 Cadillac from this decent guy. Knowledgeable about my car, taught me all its intricacies and was quite patient throughout the whole "making up my mind" sales process. AND MY DOGS LOVED HIM. He was quite considerate of my time and their needs. Even walking my dog at one point as I sat with the Finance guy. Tony, Sue & Jason are why I'm in my beautiful new car .
