We had a very positive experience with Jason Darby and Sue Vang. We have been looking for 2+ years and have had a variety of experiences with salespeople and dealerships but Jason made it very easy to purchase a vehicle and was very low-pressure. He is also very knowledgeable about the different models and packages. We highly recommend Jason!

Service department & detailing department failed every time we came in to get it right. Finance will not return calls. Complaints are ignored. Jason offers great customer service but the rest will not get back to you.
I called to inquire about the application process and the next thing I know Jason Darby had me a new car picked out and approved! It was awesome. Its been a week and a half and Jason has checked on me a few times. Amazing customer service!! Will in the body shop took care of my wrecked car and Jason had me in a new one. The whole experience was smooth. Even Tony made sure to get the paint guy to touch up my car so it looked brand new! Thank you Wheeler team!

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to the salesman Jason Darby who was incredibly patient with me while I was trying to find a good rate on my insurance. Every company was quoting me at 700+ a month because of my rough driving history and he ended up finding me an insurance that quoted me at 259 a month! Incredibly awesome guy and an amazing dealership. 10/10 recommend these guys!�

We shop online for months because we dread walking on the dealers lot. The day finally came that we needed to actually see the vehicles in person and although we did not plan on buying we needed to narrow the search down. We were lucky enough to meet Juan Velazquez when we drove up to Wheeler. Juan was calm, knowledgeable and never gave us that dreaded feeling of pressure. Had an amazing time here. Jason worked hard to find us the best deal and even gave us several vehicle options to offer different monthly payment price ranges. Ended up getting my wife into a 2018 equinox at a payment we could afford and on less than fantastic credit. The finance group and salesman stayed hours past closing time. We arrived basically at closing time but they didn’t care they worked with us until we were satisfied, thanks Wheeler!!!
