Great, great people and phenomenal customer service all the way around! Every employee was smiling and helpful through the whole process. I asked a lot of questions and even had to end the day to think about it. There was no pressure and they were sure to check on me and answer any questions and run new #s or show me another car. We went in to find the right vehicle. Jason gave us some great options to choose from. He was great to work with and I’m sure we’ll get our next vehicle from Wheeler. There wasn’t any pressure to get into something, that we didn’t want. I’m so thankful!

NO WAY...Do Not Shop Here! Long story short...My husband and I negotiated a deal on a new 2019 Cadillac XT4. The dealership didn’t have the one we wanted so, they had to do a dealer trade. All fine! But, there was 4 recalls on that car...three easy programming recalls and one other that required a part for a “quick” fix. We were asked to sign our contract on Sunday. I went in to Wheeler to look at a few Silverados and to do a couple test drives. Was looking to replace my vehicles that burned up in the camp fire in Paradise. Jason Darby was my salesman and was very helpful and informative of all my questions and concerns. At one time I would’ve really recommended this place, but after dealing with them more and more, you’ll learn they are very dishonest people. My coworker now used to work there and he also said they would screw people over all the time. Do not go here!! Took my car in for some recalled repairs and they destroyed the paint on my car. It’s scratched so bad. I couldn’t believe it.. they denied doing the damage and now I have to sue them. Don’t come here!
