My friends and I stayed in the Mycock cottage over the weekend and loved our stay. The cottage was in a location with beautiful views and felt beautifully peaceful and quiet whilst at the same time having the cosy company of other cottages and holidaymakers. We came back last week from a two week stay at Wheeldon Trees Cottages. It is our third stay there and it was as good as ever. We stay longer every year but it never seems long enough to enjoy all there is to see and do in the area. We enjoy walking, visiting historic sites and eating out. My husband is in a wheelchair so we stay at Sheldon Cottage which is perfectly adapted to Martin's needs. Wheeldon Trees Cottages is a cute little place on the southern outskirts of Buxton. The Mycock Cottage which we stayed in was very cosy, homely, clean and quiet with 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single). What was even better than the cottage itself was Hazel who I communicated with prior to our arrival via email and text message. She really knows what she's doing to make guests feel welcome and goes the extra mile in so many ways. Cosy comfortable cottage in a stunning location. Buxton is nearby and lots of walks from the front door. A really well equipped and furnished cottage and an amazing welcome pack was available!
