Awful experience that genuinely put my mum at risk, she is in the last stages of congestive heart failure. I booked it the day before for 4.30, explaining that there may be a wait because of mums illness. Cab arrived 10 mins early, driver informing the nurses at care home that if were not there by 4.30 he's leaving. Normal cabs aren't this impatient! Very good service, very reliable
I booked in advance this taxi first time for my disabled mother and had great service throughout driver was very helpful polite and good no hassle all went well recmonded highly this firm.
from the "right on time" arrival to getting my mother's wheelchair into the taxi and to our destination the service was superb. Highly recommended.
