Beautiful building, very cosy rooms and perfect location ! I took a double room as a solo traveller, found the place very welcoming and homely. The staf was super kind, taking the time to offer suggestions and help for my visit in York. Went on the city walls my first evening as they suggested and caught the prettiest sunset. Breakfast was really good too, so overall I can only recommend !
For what we paid and what we got. It can only be 5 stars. Staff were friendly, warm and professional. Facilities were great. A nice breakfast supplied by a very hard working team. Family apartment had everything we needed. We'll definitely come back here when we're next in York. A short stroll to Micklegate Bar and the city centre
