On moving to the Harrogate area I needed a heating engineer to fix a few issues. Will and his team have been phenomenal. I've ended up replacing my whole heating system and boiler and I cannot fault the service, workmanship, quality and products. Nothing is too much trouble for them and Rachel in the office is always friendly and helpful.
Wharfedale Heating provided an exceptional service from the initial quotation and discussion of our needs to the completed job, they have been prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Will took the time to explain everything clearly and without any drama gave us the confidence to proceed with a new boiler and installation of a new hot water cylinder in the loft, relocated from the hallway, freeing up lots of space. Excellent service,would highly recommend! We had a new boiler fitted before Christmas. Two engineers came to install our new boiler,they arrived on time and were friendly and polite. They worked tidily and efficiently and left everywhere immaculate when they had finished.
Started well with a prompt visit & inspection by a courteous & helpful engineer in October, but now January 2025, almost 3 *months* after ordering a new radiator (& I gave Wharfedale Heating their choice over which one to order), I am *still* waiting for them to buy + install it, fed up with constantly having to chase them, never any update from them. All this despite them knowing the old radiator is leaking, could burst at any time, & that I have health problems which could see me hospitalised imminently. Needless to say am... read more
