Incredible experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Westwell Jones. Karl and David were a pleasure to deal with. The car was well presented and exactly as advertised. Karl left me to look around the car on my own and answered all my questions without hesitation. I bought a car from them yesterday. Range rover. The car drives great. very friendly and responsible staff.
Rang to enquire about a car they have available. Salesman I spoke with was, blunt and didn’t seem bothered if I bought a car or not. He massively undervalued my car as if I am an idiot. Hadn’t taken into account anything I was saying about spec, just pulled up the cheapest car he could find with similar mileage and said that’s what yours if worth. AVOID
I was looking for a very specific car, which these guys had. They offered me a good trade-in price for my existing car, put up with me dicking about for a couple of weeks sorting finance, made the car look like new, and threw in a limited warranty I definitely wasnt expecting. As pleasant and professional as buying a second hand car can be. I would def go back to Westwell Jones, and would recommend them.
Dangerous driving from staff moving vehicles around going into oncoming traffic and extremely aggressive
