Just don’t. It has been nothing but problems since day one. If you think westview will admit to these problems they won’t. Two cars are covered in LIME. Outrageous personal electric bills. Then on top of the personal bills you get another bill for the property power. This property power was said to be YOUR BILLS. Not community. Nice Location and Newly Remodeled This is a property owned by Cortland. I live in a sister property elsewhere, and have had my own issues at their property. Westview at Lincoln Station is undergoing changes. They've updated the pool area and gym, which look amazing. They are still working on the business center and common area. Hopefully it won't take as long as it did where I currently live. The hallways are very dark, meaning little light and dark colors of paint. but inside the units are very nice. Nice but not worth it I’ll keep it short and sweet. The water turns off sometimes. The fire alarm goes off all the time and stays on for atleast 20min(even at night). Construction is constant. They just built the pool which is nice but the gym is really limited. The club house hasn’t been built even though the sales people told me it’d be done within the first couple of months on my lease. Please, do not rent here. I have lived here for almost two years, and please, avoid this complex if at all possible. There is poop everywhere. So. much. poop. The complex does not care at all; there is poop in the halls, poop in the stairwells, poop outside, and poop all over the parking garage. Once a month we get an e-mail reminding pet owners to pick up after their dogs, and with no means or interest in enforcing these e-mails, I can't say I've ever seen a decrease in poop.
