Community is at... (Verified Renter) Community is at great location with light rail station, sprouts , target, restaurants and United artists theatre in it's close vicinity. Although apartment layout is not that appealing, management is wonderful.

(Verified Renter) Here's all the crappy things that have happened since moving in: 1) the storage unit, included in our 12 month lease, was given to the maintenance/construction team for storage, 2) we had to submit a request to fix the heater multiple times before anything would be done, 3) we've had to submit a request to fix the dish washer, and the maintenance staff came in and wrote this as their action description: "inspected + ran DW, everything is working fine. make sure heat dry option is selected ... read more
I love being... (Verified Renter) I love being in my apartment, but thats it. I am not excited about having to smell weed and smoke on my floor 24/7 and I dont understand why it is taking so long to finish all these renovations, after two months I still havent gotten a new light installed outside my apartment. Everyone staffed is super friendly and nice but I wish things got done just a little bit quicker.

Not only your backyard is a train that takes you all over Denver but your views are amazing, the staff is amazing and helpful, youll be moved in before you know it. We moved from NC and Ciara at the front made things run so smooth from contacting us with up to date Informatiom and getting our lease complete. If your looking for a easy move and great deals definitely by far the best place!!
