A Total Mess The complex is currently undergoing renovation so there is constant construction going on. Contractors block hallways with construction tools and debris. They also smoke in the stairwells. Constuction noise of jackhammers, saws and heavy machinery goes all day. All of the amenities are closed for construction, even though you still pay for them. Trash is EVERYWHERE, aside from all of the construction garbage laying everywhere tenants will frequently dump unwanted furniture throughout the parking garages. Dog cra... read more

Since Cortland Partners... (Verified Renter) Since Cortland Partners purchases the complexes, i have seen nothing but positive changes accross the board. The equipment in the fitness center were fixed, hours were extended, service has been superb, maintenance has been phenomenal, renovations have taken place, community events..i mean the list goes on! Fantastic job!

Stay Away! This place is absolutely disgusting! My wife and I lived there for six months and had to leave. Among many other problems, they allowed residents to have their dogs defecate in the hallways frequently. The feces would stay there for weeks because they hardly ever clean. We had our storage lockers broken into twice. The Management staff refused to do anything about the fact that the units would no longer lock because it was a Saturday..and the maintenance staff doesn't work on weekends.
