Turn around and leave! You will have to take my word as taking the word of any staff member of Metro is foolish! Do not look at the property. While it may appear to be worth renting, it is far from it. Your money and good ratings are all the complex is interested in from you. Your rights? Your expectations? Commitments made by staff? Just DON'T If you value your life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, AVOID Metropolitan at Lincoln Station!!! Poor management, poor maintenance, just bad news all around. You are nothing more to staff than the $250 commission they make each time a prospective tenant rents. Once that money is paid, you are no longer an asset and matter not! Terrible Maintenance & Infestations RATS! The parking terrace is horribly infested with rats. This has been a problem for months, and the management has only put the least effort and cost into the problem, and it has only gotten worst. today, 8/2/16, the post office posted a sign that they will no longer deliver mail due to the rat problem in the mail area. FALLING APART !! i have been in this community since 2014 use to be an impeccable community , if u put in a work order within hours they used to fix it , i upgraded to a bigger living space and renewed my lease everything stayed the same until some kind of curse fell on this community .i have been waiting for around 10 days now to get my simple maintenance issue to be even looked at .i get the same and irresponsible answers around ,the old and golden staff have gone ,i dont see the charming Susan helpful Camron and lovely of... read more

Beware! I have lived at this complex for several years and have been generally happy. The price per square foot is unbeatable and the layouts are so spacious. You won't find another complex with the large units like Metropolitan. It's unfortunate that property management is unwilling to establish security measures. While it's great that the light rail is conveniently next to this complex, the location attracts its own issues. Metropolitian at Lincoln Station We live in a 2 bedroom and have TONS of space and really like the inside of the apartment. The closet space is great the layout works well for our furniture. I do wish they would take better care of the apartment hallways. They seem to always have trash or something on the ground that is really unpleasant to walk by. Also, they claim to recycle, but I'm pretty sure they don’t. It is a pet friendly community, but when they fertilize or spray for bugs ...they don't use pet friendly products. I ... read more

Super Staff The apartment is GREAT, but the staff is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I'm a cancer survivor and also recently recovered from a heart attack. The staff here is always checking on my well being and they are constantly making sure that I am still in good health. They change out the air filters without my request and they have even sent me at tin of cookies with a get well card attached.

Good location of building Right by the main interstate highway and about 5 minutes from another highway. Walking distance from the light rail station to get into downtown. Close to restaurants and shopping center. Restaurants are walking distance.
