Seriously just check this place out for yourself and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. This place is A-amazing!! The location (right outside Lincon station), qualityRenvated apartment, amenities (pool, gym, etc) are unbeatable in my opinion! friendly neighbors, and top-notch management (new ownership ). I highly recommend this Apartment community. Ask for Sophia, She is awesome, Patient and extremely helpful.

Unnecessary Electricity/Gas expenses The parking lot lights are ON entire day and also the installation of new LED for apartment numbers had led to increase in common utilities bill apart from the one we already pay! My colleagues and friends in neighboring apartments pay less than what we have to pay here for common utilities! The leasing office is renovating from past 3 months- which has led to Gym and recreation center being non operational. Would not recommend!

We strive to provide our residents excellent service despite the renovations and I am saddened to hear that we have missed the mark in your case. The quality of... (Verified Renter) The quality of living here has been steadily declining while costs have gone up. Rent is no longer competitive for the area. Maintenance is great, but I shouldnt be on a first name basis with them. Ive had to call maintenance more in the six months in a renovated apartment than I did in six years in and old one. (Verified Renter) Its like two month waiting fix the floor im still waiting and want of the associate men tell i have to turn my diswasher 2 a 3 time a week because my diswasher flood with water because its connec it with the sinki tell them i need a paper on writtim said that its like a 2week they tell me they going to send me a email and i still waiting.
