Verified Renter It's luxury living without the price tag! This is definitely the most awesome complex I have ever lived in. The Cortland app is helpful and the maintenance requests are filled with haste! The amenities seem pretty exciting to use once Covid and winter pass. I'm looking forward to the pool!

Community isnt well maintained, communication is non existent, service is extremely slow and inefficient, and you may be moved into an apartment home thats not ready. Definitely 100% would not recommend. This place will not feel like home.

Verified Renter I love living in Cortland lone tree! The apartments are big and I love the modern amenities in my apartment. The maintenance guys are so responsive and the location is perfect, everything you need is around you. I'll however appreciate a neater community but most of which are residents fault.

Verified Renter Staff is wonderful havent had any issues. They are easy to talk to they are on top of things when issues are presented to them. They say hello to you when they are on the grounds. The maintenance crew are also great very friendly and they work hard from what Ive seen so far and get the work done quickly. They all seem to get along which is a plus because when a team works well together it feels great all around.
