Verified Renter I dont recommend living here. This community is horrible. I wont let my 11 year old out past dark. Three homicides in three years! Cars getting broken into. I can go on and on.
Verified Renter When submitting a maintenance service request, be sure to be specific in the problem and include dates. if the ticket is closed BEFORE ALL REPAIRS are completed, then submit another ticket so that its on record....i was very disappointed in the professionalism of the apartment and maintenance team.

Verified Renter Hopefully Westview figures out how to make these apartments into homes. Garage, car breaking... 2 murders in 6 months. No onsite play areas for children, animals. The dark dreary hallways. Some buildings dont have elevators or close emergency exits. As a parent to another parent I wouldnt recommend. Clean up the communal spaces, the exterior and interior halls... Im disappointed as I was super stoked about the actual apartment.

Verified Renter Dog clean up rated poor..but that is due to residents..not staff.. People allow their dogs to urinate right by the front door..it smells bad.so bad i have yet to have guests at my home.. I've been here 10 months..it's embarrassing..
Not a safe place to live. So there have been two shootings here now in the past 6 months (both of which someone lost their lives) It apparent that nothing is being done about the gang activity and the drug trading going on at the complex. How many more people have to die before the management stops turning a blind eye to the problem.
Peaceful Community Newer management has done a great job in accommodating resident requests. I’ve been living in this community for over an year now. Service requests have been completed within 24 hours. I recommend this place.
