Got exactly what I needed,and staff were helpful.
Shocking (lack of) service. Months of delays, project managers walking off the job (a straitforward insurance repair) and triple contracting out for services with NO communication or accountability. Sadly most insurers use Global360 which contracts to Westone. If you have the chance to avoid them- do!

My experience with Westone can be summarised as: poor communication, poor standards of work, poor project management and no ownership or accountability. Westone took on an insurance job appointed by our loss adjustor in May 2023. The project started with the project manager doing a ‘no show’ on Day One and provided contradictory account on why he was absent.
