Having never done much exercise, I was apprehensive. Aaran, who owns and runs Weston Fitness, is calm, patient and provides continual focus, whether that is one-on-one or in a small group of people. What a great place, Aaran runs everything at my own pace, happy to explain everything 3 times to me and knows exactly how far I can be pushed. There’s no way I’d go to a “regular” gym where I’m just left to get on with it on my own, most likely doing it all wrong. If you’re the sort of person who’s avoided gyms because you’re worried how you look and that you don’t have a clue what you’re doing, this is the place for you!

Aaran is both personable and knowledgeable. The small group classes are appropriately challenging but always fun and you get the 1:1 experience at a reasonable price! Aaran is always on hand to encourage and tailor exercises to your ability so I’d definitely recommend him!
