My partner took me for two nights for my birthday. Room no.1 was good,comfy bed,good tea & coffee facilities. Only complaint no towel rail in room. We ate in the reastaurant on Saturday night. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. All the staff were friendly and nothing was a problem. Debra was lovely,didn’t see much of Goeff,but sure he’s lovely as well. Breakfast was good. Lovely room, food, service, views.....|Great car parking facility which is always a concern when I come to the lakes (where to park at the hotel) but not a worry here! |Room comfy and had a lovely view from the top floor. |Can’t fault a thing and I would come back again happily. |Wonderful place to stay.
What can i say about this gorgeous hotel but perfect. Myself and my husband was visiting family so stayed here. The room we picked was the Super King 4 poster bedroom. What a gorgeous room the bed was soooo comfy and room was very roomy. The bathroom was fantastic especially the roll top bath. The views was breathtaking. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. It was perfect in every way even the staff was very friendly and made sure you had everything you wanted. We will definately be staying here again.
We arrived in the evening after a long drive and were welcomed very warmly by Debra, the co-owner. Our room was oustanding - much better equipped and set up than many 4 star hotels I have stayed in! Huge bed, lots of space, fabulous bathroom with great roll-top bath and big separate shower. The service was exemplary - in the bar and in the restaurant. how anyone can rate this place as less than 5 out of 5, I don't know.
