2017 Took my 2014 F350 Super Duty Dually for a tire rotation and was notified front tires were bad only 3500 miles on tires that were new from them when I bought the truck. So had to purchase new tires because they wouldn't warranty them. They balanced and mounted new tires checked balance on rear ties and reinstalled rear tires. Brought it home and went to check tire pressures out of curiosity. Front tires were under inflated by 20 pounds and they forgot to reinstall the extention for valve stems on inner tires. Things have been made better at WSF. In the past when you needed work done expect all day and the call that your truck is ready after 4 PM. This work was done and I was called when it got done and not the end of the day, very good change I like it very much.
Love this place !
