Ugh took 3 full days to fix a 3rd row seat that wouldn’t go down, I live in Parachute and had to take it all torn apart back each day and take their shuttle to and from school because they had NO loaner cars. Had to be an hour early to school each day for it. Not a good experience but the shuttle driver lady is nice haha.
Kathlyn Takos was amazing at Western Slope Auto. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but Kat went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Western Slope was amazing, our Chevy Malibu is excellent and very nice, but the best part of the whole experience was working with someone as diligent and delightful as Kat. I will never go anywhere else and neither should you!

Can I just say wow! I’m a mother of 4 and I have no idea why we didn’t purchase the Sienna years ago! It is made for families. You will not be disappointed! I must add Western Slope Auto in Grand Junction does not disappoint!! Great staff that makes the buying process a breeze! I couldn’t have been more happy to work with Kat and everyone else! Went to have keys programmed. They couldn't do not do it and still got charged for it. Still no keys. Bullshit. Ripped off big time. Worst place ever
