Our experience was amazing while purchasing a used car. Trinity was very knowledgeable and great customer service. Jess in finance was very efficient and timely in finishing our process there.
Been lots of ups and downs over the last 20 years. The work it’s self is normally satisfactory. The people are nice, but they always try and charge us for servicing when we paid a lot of money for a service plan. Apparently it’s to much to ask for them to know when their customers have service plans.
After my drive home, we noticed huge oil leak. The filter was not tight and oil is all over the underneath of my truck and drive way. I'm not even sure the oil was changed as it's pretty black. Now I have to go get another oil change and steam wash the underneath of my truck. You need to make sure your employees take care of people's vehicles - having oil in it is critical! Manager has yet to return my call.
