I want to thank and recommend Western Slope Auto Toyota Service Department for outstanding service. We were traveling thru Grand Junction when my check air pressure light came on. I checked the air pressure, it was at 32 psi , but I couldn’t figure out how to turn the check light off. We were close to WS so I pulled into the service entrance. We rented a ford explorer a few years ago and it was a real keeper. After about 4 years when we were down near Telluride we stopped to see the sights. When we got back in our car we realized we had a flat tire. I got the jack out to change the tire and found that the jack that came with the auto they sold me wouldn't work. We had to call for a tow to some place to get the tire changed. We ended up having to stay over night cause the place to fix the tire was closed by the time we got the explorer there. Loved the salesman... Hate the truck! My salesman was very personal and attentive. But the truck I purchased is a beat down little turd. Front axle is blown up. Engine is tapping and the body mounts are broken loose so it bangs and pops over every bump! Kinda kicking myself for purchasing it....

I wish to give this dealership a big ATTA BOY as they really have a terrific customer service there... I highly recommend you take your Toyota life to them for purchases, leases, parts & service.. They are the best in the area and maybe a tiny bit better in CS than Auto Nation in southside Denver..
