Ford service center is a joke!!!!! I have had our truck in 6 times this summer for the same problem every time. Have paid deductibles after deductibles and they still haven't fixed the problem. Then the promise to have the work done on a specific day because you have to have the truck back to get your husband to work cause it's his work truck and they don't. Making us to find another way for my husband to go to work and do his job or take the day off and lose a day of pay. I wouldn't recommend the service center to anyone. T... read more

I was taken care of, Stephanie went for a ride in my car and explained she knew what I was talking about and what the problem was with my car. She made me know I really did have a problem with my car.
I went to get new brakes that a different oil change place told me I needed, turns out I didn't need brakes. Only the belt, and a nice shuttle ride with driver Diane and courteous attention from Cody. I'll be back.
