The sales people are nice and friendly, but the ford service people are HORRIBLE at call you back or actually fixing the problem. I've called about 10 times in the last few months to get my ford vehicle fixed that they worked on last year and to get recall things fixed that they have the parts for. It is ridiculously hard to get ahold of anyone. DO NOT waste your time with getting them to fix their screw ups a total joke
My service writer (Stephanie) is the best! Yes, I only had a oil change and tire rotation, but she does keep you informed on the status of your vehicle! Thanks Stephanie!

We recently purchased a 2015 Expedition from WSA. The day we got home we realized that while the insides of the tires were great, the outsides of them were bald. We were pretty disappointed that a car could leave the lot in these conditions, but after contacting WSA about the issue we felt like we were greatly taken care of! JJ our sales rep, Randall internet sales manager, and Kevin LaMar the sales manager got our tires replaced and made sure everything was squared away! Salesmen will say anything to get you to buy a car. Owned the car a year, been in the shop 4 times for transmission already. Service jerks are even worse than the salesman. And they are rude as hell. How has Western slope Auto been open so long with business practices like this. NEVER NEVER NEVER buy a car from here.
Bought a Toyota Tundra Used that I was ensured was a safe vehicle for my family... After accepting the insulting trade in offer that they gave me, I purchased the truck anyway because I was shown all this FAKE paperwork that the truck was inspected. After paying MORE than full retail for the truck, It is NOT SAFE TO DRIVE because of an exhaust leak that any capable mechanic could have found... NOBODY LIKES BEING LIED TO.... Then they told me that they "already spent too much on that truck and wont help with the safety issue.... read more
Showed up for an autograph signing that was scheduled for a month. Staff was one of the least friendly ive ever been around at a dealership. Everything was completely unorganized. Wow! Would never even think of buying a vehicle from this place. If then can handle a scheduled "organized" event. How well can they possibly handle any unscheduled sales. Would give half a star if I could.
