I take my entire family there for general dentistry as well as orthodontic treatments. They are always courteous and kind. Dr. Tariq takes extra care to make sure it doesn't hurt and that I'm comfortable. The rest of the friendly staff are great too. They really go out of their way to fit us in to their schedule!
This place gave me TMJ, and my jaw has been locked for two years because of the truly terrible "care" they give. I wish I could give 0 stars for this review, unfortunately technology doesn't let me. Nobody go there, ever. If you felt a tiny fraction of the pain I've suffered because of them, you would steer clear for eternity. Fuck you, Western Dental. Sincerely, honestly, truly. Fuck. You.
Im really getting tired of Western Dental, I have only had 3 appointments at there office on Briggsmore and they don't have good customer service at all. The last time I went I had my appointment at 3pm for the filling of 4 cavities, and got called in at 5pm. I got my right side numed at 6pm and my dentist didn't see me untill 7pm and only did one filling with really shitty work she sprayed me with water that dripped the back of my neck. I understand that when the needy (people insured by the state) either need medical attention or dental work it is necessary, for that person to stand in line, but that understanding can only go so far when one has an appointment. I had walked into the Western Dental one month prior to a checkup that the Western Dental dentists wanted me to make. I had an appointment at 12:30pm and it is now 2:30pm, and I am still waiting to be seen another patient was waiting since 11:00am and she is still waiting to be seen. Prior to my appointment I had to contact the dentist office several times to get an appointment earlier and they promised they would call me back and never did. Very disappointed.
