I just left there was supposed to get an extraction. They had me down for an exam even though I already had one. Russell was extremely rude. Waited an hour past my appointment time just to be called in. Then waited 45 minutes in the chair for the doctor to come in. The office staff was ok, weren’t really polite or rude. Just kinda there trying to make it till closing time. The doctor obviously hates her job. Made me Feel like I was interrupting her. RecommendedDr Youssef and his team make Ortho appointments so much fun! He takes extra time with each patient to show before and after pictures. He cares so much for his patients!
Today I had an appointment at 1pm they had me waiting for 1 hour after that they told me I had to wait another hour and it took 7 minutes to do my cleaning for my teeth so it took them 2 hours to do a 10 minutes to do a cleaning and they told me to use my reading glass to protect my eyes rather than offering to give me glasses the only good thing is that the girl who assisted was humble and kind and brought me glasses so I finished my cleaning and am taking my money and going… See more
Western dental really pissing me off. Instead of sending my contract over to my new western dental I go to they won’t. They said they will just make an appointment and we will send it over ... but instead they put me on hold every time I ask them to do so then after about 30 min of being on hold they hang up. I had an appointment at 11, I came at 1030 to do paperwork since I was a new patient. I showed up, not one person at the desk said anything to me. I stood there for 10 minutes to check in and receptionists were not on the phone or anything. I finally said something, they gave me my paperwork I completed and gave it to them. Appointment was at 930am - Xrays , cleaning and a small tooth chip fixed - was there almost 2 1/2 hours - they shouldn't schedule back to back appointments with too many patients & not enough dentists to cover leaving people waiting for hours !!
Very bad customer service. Went to my appointment they said that they DO NOT have time
