The wait is very long and the receptionist are very rude worst customer service Up front
They got the job done, but they have the worst service when it comes to payment agreements. I got out of the office around closing time on December 23rd. Tried to go pay but they told me I could just leave, never even had me give them a copay. Only go here if you're in dire need and want to get an overdraft fee of $25 after 8 days.
If you can go somewhere else do yourself a favor even if it's just to the Manteca office the modesto office is ran so horrible.
Worse service! Bad customer service. Wish the dental team would be visited by the ada, and be closed down. Good luck if you choose this dental office.
This place is the worst dentist ever the stafff are ridiculous!!! so 9.15.15 i had a appointment for severe tooth pain i asked when tey were scheduling my appointment over the fone if this was for xrays only or to have work done se said both so i got here at the briggsmore office at about 3:45 didnt get seen for xrays only until around 6:30 ish of course wasnt able to get any work done that day due to it was almost 7 and they were closing... so they made me a new appt for today 9.17.15 i got here at 1:45 was my apointment he... read more
