Western Dental IS THE WORST ! Very unprofessional staff, horrible dental work, you will walk in with some pain and walk out 50x worse and if that isn’t bad enough , they will rob you blind. I paid for two deep cleanings $2000 and only received one of them and now that I wanna go for my second deep cleaning , they’re telling me I’ve already gotten it? Which is a complete lie. They traumatize children. Their billing department is incompetent. They are horrible with patients.
This place is terrible, I went in early checked in and made sure everything was done on time and still spent 6 hours here. Was finally finished only to find out the next day after pulling two of my teeth they left a piece in. Trying to fix it, and finding out I'm obviously not important to these people. Whatever you do, do not go to Western Dental if avoidable! #westerndentalsucks #badoffice
My daughter never received service's we which provider and there still trying to collect cancelled the contract in the office and still receiving phone calls from corporate
Was to hot in the waiting room for me and my family and others too. Need fans in waiting room since the door doesn't stay closed.
If I could put negative 5 i would. Made a appointment for a Saturday they told me they would verify my insurance during the week since insurance offices are closed on Saturday I said great. so on Friday the day before my appointment I call them to make sure they were able to verify my insurance they told me that they were doing it already and that everything will be ready for Saturday. I am going to stick with them. Staff is friendly and all get along well, I can tell. My dentist is confident about the work I need done(all extractions on broken teeth, full dentures) because I need ALOT of work and he says he can do it, no hesitation. Good place to go : )
