Left me on the chair for almost 3 hours waiting �
I arrived at 1:04Pm for a 1:15 Pm appointment. The waiting room full and the appointment was for a Orthodontics evaluation and assessment of two of my children's teeth. Plus both children were supposed to also get their teeth cleaned as well. It was just after 3pm that the first child was called back. By 4:30Pm we only had a brief consultation for the braces and x-rays taken. That's it. They had to reschedule for the Cleaning in TWO WEEKS! NOT PLEASED WITH HOW THEY WORK.
By far the worst place ever!!! Waited 5 hours for an initial appointment and consultation. Second appointment was supposed to be 3 extractions. The first two teeth the dentist was going to pull wouldn't get numb. So after scraping out the filling and beginning to grind down my worst tooth, which I felt, he told me "Oh I can't help you not on these two." Then he moved on to my third tooth. Which broke. I love Western Dental on Briggsmore in Modesto! Never have to wait that long and theyre nice and friendly. Never have a problem .
I have to wait long time....like 2 hours..so bad attention..I will not come back again ���
