Arrived on time for my 10:30 AM appointment, checked on an paid my co-pay, then sat down to wait. At 11:41 AM I was taken back to a chair. I sat in the chair until 3 PM ish, my phone died, my anxiety was through the roof. Finally the doctor came in and shot me up 22-shots of novacaine. After waiting another hour, he came in to try to remove 5 of 6 broken, painful teeth. He was able to remove 1-badly damaged molar. He has referred me to sedation denistry that isn't covered on my insuramce. So now I am back to 1-bottle of ambe... read more
We got there early and maybe waited 4 mins. It was my son's day to put braces on. They took us back and was so nice. As I did my mom things they took him back early and got started.. we were finished in just over an hour. His DA was the nicest (Erin) and we got everything we needed.. walked away understanding everything.
Get a second opinion before you pay their fees!!!!!!!!! Saved me over $1600
They wouldn't do anything without a deep cleaning n even with Medi-cal I still had to pay a copay n upfront for a deep cleaning which was totally rediculous at over $900 Western dental is as expensive as the regular dentists some of there prices r obsurd
Id hate to even give them 1 star which they dont deserve this is the worst dental office ive ever been to. The staff has the worse customer service they have you waiting 2 almost 3 hours before they even call you to the back seriously whats the point of booking an appointment they never see you on time... Ugh �
Omg my appointment was at 3:45pm and they didn't see me til almost 6pm . I was so pissed all I wanted was a cleaning. So then I go to the back and they said how do I want to pay cause my ins doesn't cover deep cleaning , so I ended up leaving without any work . 3 fricken hours wasted !!!
Left me on the chair for almost 3 hours waiting �
